The Amber Room take your redundant clothes, shoes and accessories and give them a new lease of life.
Fill in a (super) short form and leave the rest to us.
We will sort through your items and create you an account within 7 days.
Wanted items – we’ll label them up, itemise them to your account and email you a live link which can be used at anytime to check you account.
Unwanted items – You will be notified if there are any items we are unable to use. You must collect these within 10 days from the date of the email.
If we don’t hear from you within 10 days, there is a £2.50 disposal fee that will be deducted from your earnings and we’ll dispose of the items ensuring they don’t go to waste.
Items are treated as stock and will be put out for sale in a rotation system subject to seasons and trends. You can collect your items back at any time providing they haven’t sold.
It is your responsibility to check whether items have sold or not.
25% of the final sale price is due right back into your pocket. Money must be collected within 6 months from the date of sale. All sales become invalid after 6 months.
